Generally, there is a meeting of either Bowen Island Municipal Council or the Commitee of the Whole every Monday evening at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 981 Artisan Lane.  Agendas, once availabe, can be viewed at http://www.bimbc.ca/events_list.php#1023 or www.bimbc.ca/meeting_agenda_2008.  (Delegations or individual citizens are generally allowed to make brief statements at the beginning of council meetings.)
